WHAT ARE YOU IN DEVOTION TO?

WHAT ARE YOU IN DEVOTION TO?

DEVOTION is a 3-month self-inquiry and accountability container. Through monthly 1-hour 1:1 calls with Elizabeth and a monthly 1-hour group calls, you’ll untangle limiting beliefs born of a culture that profits off of your disempowerment and reorient towards your meaningful North Star. There will be an optional psychedelic micro-dosing support offered for those who want to expedite and deepen their process.

What’s a North Star? A guiding principle that helps you orient within the story of your life, that catalyzes through love. This is what it means to be in devotion: to honor the truth of what moves you. So, my dear, what moves you?

A North Star can be a goal, an ideal, a desire, or it can be none of these. Yours could be a tickle towards sensing how consistency in a simple habit could feel so good: cooking, exercising, meditation, journaling, reading, writing, or an art practice. A North Star can also be bigger or more nebulous, like getting clear on what you’re looking for in partnership, changing careers, rehabilitating a relationship, or nurturing yourself deeply.

Lacking a North Star? We’ll begin by taking a fearless inventory of the landscape of your life, identifying imbalances and ways by which you can reignite a sense of vitality and joy in daily living. Not knowing where you are is a sure sign you’re in the right place. As the great poet David Whyte reminds us, you know you’re on the right path when it disappears before you. Now you’re onto something—you’ve caught the tail of truth. This is when we look for our North Star.

Come, Come, Whoever You Are

Wonderer, worshipper, lover of leaving.
It doesn’t matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow

a thousand times
Come, yet again, come, come.
— Rumi

Each month will have a focus in service of our main objectives: clearing the channel and finding regenerative fulfillment in order to create the life you truly desire.

Clearing the channel means seeing ourselves as vessels for the divine and treating ourselves accordingly, keeping our physical and subtle energy bodies comfortable, clear, and grounded. This includes taking stock of the ways in which we muddle our channel in an attempt to seek comfort, agency, validation, or distraction.

Finding regenerative fulfillment means taking a clear-eyed inventory of the topography of our lives, noting imbalances in the how and on whom we spend our precious energy. This process includes identifying the energy-expenditures that support true, lasting, regenerative fulfillment.

Creating the life you truly desire means being fearlessly honest about how you actually want to live your life—beyond conditioning, others’ expectations, or the limiting stories you may tell yourself.
